National dish off Vietnam, this nem is filled with seafood and provided with a crispy jacket.

The nems are baked at 180 degrees in the fryer for about 6 minutes.

serve: roll in a leaf of lamb’s lettuce with carrot, cucumber and coriander (and/or fresh mint), dipping in the delicious Vietnamese fish sauce.
