During the colonial period the baguettes were introduced in Vietnam. The Vietnamese version is lighter and has a thinner crust than its French counterpart.

Banh mi is made with a combination of rice and wheat flour.

Our banh Mi will be filled with a Vietnamese burger of pork, vegetables and coriander.
